Adventure Begins with Scouting
The Cub Scout colors are blue and gold. They have special meaning, which will help boys see beyond the fun of Cub Scouting to its ultimate goals.

The blue stands for truth and spirituality, steadfast loyalty, and the sky above.

The gold stands for warm sunlight, good cheer, and happiness.

The Tiger Den typically meets the 2nd & 4th Monday's of each month. Pack meetings are the 3rd Monday of each month, unless moved for a special event. Each Tiger scout must have Akela (an adult partner) at all activities.

24 Tiger Den Meeting (6:30)

Last Meeting: Monday, October 10th, LRBC, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
  • Bobcat Award – Cub Scout Motto, Sign, Salute and Handshake
  • Tiger Badge
    • 1D – Make a scrapbook
    • 5F – Watch the weather
    • 5G – Take a hike
  • Homework from the last meeting
    • Review the Tiger book with your Scout (especially the Bobcat section)
    • Tiger badge activity 1F - Think of one chore you can do with your adult partner. Complete it together.

Previous Meetings
  • Monday, September 26th, LRBC, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
    • We made memory books that we will use throughout the year as a journal of what we have done.
    • If you were unable to make the meeting, I still have plenty of supplies to make additional books.

    October:
    5 Pack Committee Meeting (7:00 @ LRBC) – for parents interested in planning for the Pack
    10 Pack Hike at Prince William Forest Park (10:00)
    10 Tiger Den Meeting (6:30)
    15 Rockledge BMX Bike Rodeo – Earn a Belt Loop ( 2:30-4:30)
    17 Pack Meeting (7:00)
    22 Go-See-It: Recycling Day at PWC Landfill (10:00) – (Elective 47) - Meet at landfill by 9:50 for tour
