Character Counts

Adventure Begins with Scouting

The Cub Scout colors are blue and gold. They have special meaning, which will help boys see beyond the fun of Cub Scouting to its ultimate goals.

The blue stands for truth and spirituality, steadfast loyalty, and the sky above.

The gold stands for warm sunlight, good cheer, and happiness.

  • Reminders:
  • Please fill out and turn in your health forms. BSA requires that we have a new health form every year for every scout and adult leader. If you did one for Summer Camp, you are fine. If you have not please turn it in at the Den meeting.
  • Take Youth Protection Training (YPT) on line. (You will need to create an account). Taking YPT ensures that Parents and Adult Leaders know the rules, and what to look out for. Simply put YPT helps keeps kids safe.
